omg i'm a seaweed addict!!! heheh usually we eat the Tao Kae Noi brand crispy seaweed... but today while doing food shopping we came across a new brand!

3M! so cute ler the packaging...

waaah today i edi ate two packets of seaweed (*.*) but luckily it's a healthy product! See what's written on the back of the pack!

I shall eat more seaweed and soon I'll be bright as a diamond and I'll be the smartest kid in the world!!! also 3 quarters of my hair is brown... so I guess I should load up on 'em weeds huh? hehe then, with my black, silky hair I'll be happy as a clam. weee~

For Christmas I went for a movie and had dinner with the form 6 gang... but i'm so lazy to blog bout it now cuz there are so many photos and stuff to write hehe so here's a little belated Xmas fun...

New Year's Eve's Eve's Eve

29th December 2007

Today's is the eve of the eve of the eve of New Year's Day and I went to MidValley with Pin! ^^ I still prefer last year's Xmas deco but this year it was quite pretty too lah... I guess it is some kinda Enchanted Forest? with warm, brown-ish and orangey tones...

and magical mushrooms! *giggles*

but before that I actually fell into the reeds and knock a few down... to the bemusement of the people around... *sigh* new year resolution. *stop being klutzy*

Okay, first activity of the day... our belated Christmas gift exchange! ^^ here's my pressie...

in exchange I gave Pin chocolates and a bear, now named Stephy ^^ after the din dang dam girl I think hehehe

also we had ice-cream! at the new gelato kiosk at the Gardens... dunno call what name edi haha

Anyways, we walked around Gardens and then I saw Action city!!! gosh I almost died there. everything is so cute! and there're a lot of 'tofu' stuffs there!!! Luckily I din buy anything as I'm full of self-control and possess a rational mind. *beams*

We watched Alvin and the Chipmunks at GSC Signatures.

paying 20 bucks a pop, I felt that gave us license to camwhore in the very empty cinema. It's nice as there's no queue, and there's a lounging area and the seats are comfortable and plush... also it's couple seat ler... so hopefully my future boyfriend will be generous enough to bring me here always *dream*

now... the movie... omg the chipmunks are utterly adorable!!! *cute*cute*cute* the songs are soooooo cute too...! *giggles*

I especially *heart* Theodore!!! hehehe so cute with his baby fat and nightmares and the cute little Xmas card he drew... so cute!!!

Recently, okay... not recently, but last year... *can't believe it's 2008* I went to Sylvia's house to play! hehehe actually I think we were supposed to discuss homework but after awhile we started toying with her camera... oooooomg i'm so jealous 'cuz I also want one of those DSLRs!!! big, big.... so professional... *eyes glaze over* maybe one of my new year resolution can be to save up enough money to buy one by June! haha hmmm...

anyhoo... i digress...

so Sylvia, so sweet of her, taught me how to use it and also things like apperture and shutter speed etc...

I also asked her to teach me how to capture photos of water droplets... but because there is not enough light inside the house... we had no choice but to traipse out to find water and light... Although I always drive passed Casa Ria all these years, I had never went in before, save for one time when I was in form 2 or 3, when I was invited to Wan Yuan's place. I quite like this place, with it's town house concept, and each block has a garden and it's so nice when u look out of your balcony and you see greens and flowers and sunlight.

So, we walked and chatted then, we came across some flowers which soon became my photography subjects...

and finally we found a pipe!!! hehe here are the water droplets!!!

Back To School Shopping!

After a one year hiatus from conventional academic pursuits, college is starting next week o.o I'm kinda excited but a little part of me is dreading it because this means I have to wake up early in the morning and also I'll have to sacrifice time to play so I can be more focused on my studies.

Anyways to prepare, I went to Popular to buy back to school stuffies, like stationaries and notebooks and others. also the artline drawing pen like nat's and alex's so I can draw my storyboards for my ads. ^^

I kinda miss my old school days... feel so nostalgic when I hear Coreen and mei funn talking bout school life... simple things like painting the class or the first day of school or going to tuition in a gang... all these can be so much fun if you're with your close high school friends... but it's time for a new chapter in my life now... so here's hoping college will be great! weee~

A year has almost pass me by and I realised I have changed somewhat and people around me have grown and changed too... I guess people must change and evolve as time passes... Evidence? My dear Coreen...! *see the photos below*

Benazir Bhutto is assasinated!

I was still half-asleep when i was stumbling down the stairs when I saw the headline. My mind was immediately jolted awake by the death of Benazir Bhutto. I can't believe she's dead. I thought she's going to win the election or something... I guess life is brief and we must expect the unexpected. Hope she's in a happier place now.



Today is also an historical day because my little sister has registered at her new secondary school! Although I'm really proud of her entering a new phase of her life, it's a bittersweet feeling because she is not going to SAB. Well, it's true I don't think SAB is a really great school or anything but still... I would love it if she studies in my alma mater.



also it's been a few weeks since my dear Muni..

has gone back and I really miss her! especially her great cooking... now I have to eat rice that is not nice and fluffy but coarse and ewww-ish... I feel like a refugee! *wails*

and! yesterday was Natasha and my thai mom's birthday... so HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the both of them ^-^
